 His Highness the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, led the funeral of the foreign priest

Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, the Emir of Kano, was in charge of the funeral of Sheikh Nasir Muhammad Nasir, who had been the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kano.

At 9 a.m. on Thursday, the funeral prayer was held at the South Gate of the house of His Highness the Emir of Kano.

Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero, the Emir of Bichi, was one of the important people who came to the funeral. Other important people, sheikhs, preachers, traders, and other people were also there.

Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Naisa, the Chief Information Secretary of the Kingdom of Kano, said in a statement that after the Funeral Prayer, hundreds of people, including the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, and his brother, the Emir of Bichi, Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero, went with the body of the deceased.

Sheikh Nisir Muhammad Nasir was laid to rest at the Dan Dolo Cemetery in Gordon Dutse in the Gwale Local Government Area of Birnin Kano.

His Highness the Emir asked God to forgive him and let him live in heaven. He also asked God to give the families, relatives, and the rest of the community the strength to deal with the loss of the retired Kano Minister and Foreign Imam Sheikh Nisir Muhammad Nasir.

Before he died, Sheikh Nisir Muhammad Nasir was a close friend of the late Emir of Kano, Alhaji Dr. Ado Bayero, who helped in many ways by teaching young people good morals and making them love the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W. ).

Sheikh Nisir Muhammad Nasir praised his wife Yaya and his many grandkids before he died.
